Secondly, tap the grinding wheel lightly with a metal rod and judge whether there are internal cracks based on the sound. Next, verify that the specifications of the grinding wheel match the usage requirements, including dimensions, bore diameter, and abrasive type. Additionally, inspect the markings on the grinding wheel to confirm the manufacturer, maximum operating speed, and other information. Lastly, conduct a dynamic balance test to ensure the stability of the grinding wheel during high-speed rotation. Through these comprehensive inspections, the quality condition of the grinding wheel can be effectively evaluated.
